Meeting: Coffee Area Use Review

Main issue: The coffee area becomes crowded between 9:00 and 9:20 a.m. Cups are sometimes left near the machine.

The team agreed that the area should stay clean because clients also use the same floor. Several employees suggested clearer rules instead of a long notice.

Decisions: First, used cups must be placed in the tray beside the sink. Second, the last person to use the milk should return it to the refrigerator. Third, large team discussions should move away from the machine.
