Volunteer: I use simple landmarks. For example, I say, “Walk toward the bakery, then turn left at the flower shop.”

Interviewer: What is difficult about the work?

Volunteer: People are often in a hurry. I must be calm, short, and accurate.

Interviewer: Do you enjoy it?

Volunteer: Yes. When someone finds the right place, their face relaxes. That is a good moment.
