Follow these steps before your online class begins.

First, place your laptop or tablet on a stable desk. Check that the screen is easy to see.

Put your notebook and pen on the side you usually use. Keep a bottle of water nearby, but do not place it too close to the keyboard.

Connect your charger if the battery is low. Prepare your headphones so you can hear clearly.

Remove items you do not need. A snack can wait. A toy can also wait, even if it looks emotionally ready for class.

Finally, join the class five minutes early. This gives you time to fix small problems before the lesson starts.
