Review: A Backpack with Too Many Pockets
A review considers whether many backpack pockets are useful or confusing.
I bought a backpack with many pockets because I wanted to become an organized person. The backpack tried very hard to help me.
The main pocket is large enough for textbooks and a laptop. The side pocket holds a bottle well. There is also a small pocket for keys.
The problem is the number of pockets. On the first day, I put my train card somewhere safe. It was so safe that I could not find it for five minutes.
After a week, I made a rule. Important items go in the front pocket. Snacks go in the top pocket. Unknown items are not allowed to start new lives inside the bag.
Overall, the backpack is useful, but it needs a careful owner. If you enjoy systems, you may love it. If you lose things easily, prepare labels.
